brokendowndesign is a a design & art studio based out of Albuquerque NM. It is run by me, Elisa Valdez. I have been a local designer since 2002 & have held many positions in the field. I attending art school here in Albuquerque I really saw a need for good design in the city so I made it my mission to try and help grow the industry here in my home town. While working at a small local agency I discovered that I despise the traditional agency so I struck out on my own & started brokendowndesign. I also returned to my art school but this time as an instructor. It is a great privilege to be able to give back to the industry & the college that has taught me so much.
